Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role (onsite/hybrid) for a Marketing Executive based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing. They will create and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to maximize product growth and revenue while also developing and maintaining relationships with clients and partners. The Marketing Executive will also work cross-functionally with other teams to drive engagement and conversions, generate leads, and develop brand awareness. Other major responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing our demand generation strategy and calendar of activities.
- Creating inbound & and outbound marketing campaigns to drive leads and engagement.
- Collaborating across teams to produce content that drives interest and engagement.
- Creating content for Intuition’s core social accounts: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & and Twitter.
- Writing content for our articles/website and reviewing the produced content.
- Analyzing and reporting on the success of campaigns.
- Building, executing, and tracking the performance of all global email campaign initiatives.
- Measure SEO effectiveness.
- Continuously monitoring and testing up-and-coming distribution channels.
Qualifications
- Market Planning and Market Research skills.
- A finger on the pulse of modern marketing techniques
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Social media experience is a must.
- Copywriting abilities are an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other teams.
- Experience in the eLearning or education industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and SEO is preferred.
- Self-starter – We are looking for a successful candidate to hit the ground running and make an impact on the team early.
