The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content, designing logos, and developing branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include working on graphics, typography, and ensuring all design elements align with the company's branding guidelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design Experience in Branding and developing branding materials Skills in Typography and visual content creation Strong attention to detail and creativity Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred Experience in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Qualifications · Graphic designer with strong proficiency with CANVA AND PHOTOSHOP · Create Graphics suitable for the particular platform · Create and schedule platform-specific content calendars (posts, reels, stories) · Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta+Google+LinkedIn+Twitter/X) with A/B testing · Audience growth strategy + community engagement plan · Weekly performance tracking + reporting (Engagement, Reach, Follows) · Hashtag research + trend monitoring · Monthly competitor analysis + content benchmarking · Develop content hooks for viral growth + campaign ideation · Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) · Strong Communication and Writing skills · Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy Salary: · 15,000 INR/month + incentives (During Probation Period) · 20,000-25,000 INR/month after the probation period
