The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content, designing logos, and developing branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include working on graphics, typography, and ensuring all design elements align with the company's branding guidelines.QualificationsProficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo DesignExperience in Branding and developing branding materialsSkills in Typography and visual content creationStrong attention to detail and creativityAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferredExperience in using design software such as Adobe Creative SuiteQualifications· Graphic designer with strong proficiency with CANVA AND PHOTOSHOP · Create Graphics suitable for the particular platform· Create and schedule platform-specific content calendars (posts, reels, stories)· Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta+Google+LinkedIn+Twitter/X) with A/B testing· Audience growth strategy + community engagement plan· Weekly performance tracking + reporting (Engagement, Reach, Follows)· Hashtag research + trend monitoring· Monthly competitor analysis + content benchmarking· Develop content hooks for viral growth + campaign ideation· Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)· Strong Communication and Writing skills· Ability to develop and execute Content StrategySalary:· 15,000 INR/month + incentives (During Probation Period)· 20,000-25,000 INR/month after the probation period
