Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement energy efficiency and electrical optimization projects from start to finish
  • Drive independent cost-saving initiatives in power and machine consumption
  • Conduct in-depth energy audits as a Lead Certified Energy Auditor
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure reliable and smooth plant operations
  • Identify and execute strategies to reduce energy consumption and improve system performance
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and technical documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms and industry standards
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies in electrical and energy management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience: 8+years in a manufacturing setup such as Steel, Cement, Pharma, Automotive, or Plastics or Energy Consulting firms.
  • Certification: Lead Certified Energy Auditor (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated success in independently managing energy-saving projects
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong project ownership with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Electrical system design & troubleshooting
  • Energy audit and consumption analysis
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Cross-functional project coordination
