Role Responsibilities:
• Serve as the liaison between the agency and multiple clients, ensuring communication is clear and client goals are achieved.
• Manage the delivery of all agency services including branding, marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate projects across departments to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Address and resolve client issues, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Facilitate client meetings and presentations to discuss progress and future initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in client servicing within a branding or digital marketing agency.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple brands and projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building client relationships.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing strategies.
