Job Summary : Managing business development activities both short & long term, support in developing and implementing market expansion strategies.

Financial/ Businessleverage opportunities for strategic alliances with HCFs/ Medical Tourism agenciesmarket survey to identify the new entrants in the market, competitor activities and brand recall of the organization.the information and identify the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of the organization.the area or the specialty that needs to be focused either through live workshops, overseas CME programs, conducting clinics etc.business plan & marketing budget with proper execution.review the performance in terms of market share, number of CME & other programs conducted, increase in number of referral doctors, healthcare facilitators, and corporate activities to achieve the desired targets.detail study of the doctors, hospitals, corporate & PSUs in and around the City.

PeopleBD representatives and set performance objectives for team members and monitor performance on regular basis& evaluating the performance of Marketing Team by guiding them to move in proper direction, also with necessary training when needed.

Customerindustry functions, such as association’s events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and industry trends.identify & building relationship with key Healthcare Facilitators & generating sustainable business from them.information about all the existing doctors in the territory and build rapport for direct patients’ referral.

Operationscreate new leads & aggressively grow & retain the market shareand implement initiatives to build Rainbow brand overseaswith technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet Consultant needs/ expectations.and Monitor the seminars and wellness programs conducted by focusing on key activities that would lead to conversion such asRelease press ad’sDoctor’s program on local channel in local language overseasLeaflets distribution in corporate, small hospitals etc.Local radio channel advertising (FM radio campaign, called wellness program)market information on unique surgery performed/ latest developments at hospital.of new line of Treatment facilities added leading to more footfalls.

Any other portfolio that may be entrusted by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualifications:MBA in MarketingWork Experience10 years of experience in Health Care IndustryExposure to International markets and regulationsSound knowledge of healthcare industryExcellect presentation skills to conduct high level meetings.Good Communication and Team Management SkillsNegotiating and Influencing Skills
