URGENT HIRING BRANCH MANAGER- JAIPUR

We at ICICI Lombard General Insurance are Branch Manager Agency Channel Jaipur.

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager

Department: Agency Channel

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a team of unit sales managers who are responsible for managing agents.
  • Executing the sales plan to meet sales targets for the channel.
  • Meeting assigned PMS targets through intermediaries managed by the USM.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving problems while fostering strong relationships with the team and Motor, Health & SME agents.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as underwriting, Claims, and Operations.

Requirement:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in leading teams in the agency channel.
  • A full-time graduation is a must.
  • Basic Excel skills are required.

Preferred Industries: SAHI, LI, GI
