Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Business Operations, located in Goa, India. The Head of Business Operations will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure efficient business processes. This role includes strategic planning, financial oversight, and the development of business initiatives to improve overall performance. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing data to drive decision-making and optimize operations continuously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Operations and Operations Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Planning
  • Understanding of Finance principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
