Visit our website for more: . Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level HVAC MEP Engineer with a focus on overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. The role is based in Bangalore Urban and is a full-time position. Candidates should hold a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience to qualify for this role. This opportunity requires candidates who are well-versed in managing HVAC systems and possess complementary skills in related technical areas. Qualifications and Skills Proficient in HVAC systems (Mandatory skill) ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards. Experience in maintenance and repair is required to address and resolve system failures promptly. Strong understanding of thermodynamics principles to enhance system efficiency and operation. Knowledge in refrigeration technology to support designing and maintaining cool environments. Competency in electrical wiring, ensuring safe and effective installation and repairs. Experience with building automation systems to streamline operations and reduce manual workload. Commitment to energy efficiency practices, aiming to optimize resource use and lower costs. Strict adherence to safety regulations compliance to promote a safe working environment. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems in buildings. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operations. Diagnose complex system issues and implement effective repair solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC solutions with building infrastructure. Ensure all systems comply with safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain workplace safety. Establish energy-saving measures to ensure resource efficiency and longevity of systems. Document all maintenance and repair activities to keep detailed records for future reference. Respond promptly to all HVAC-related queries and emergencies to minimize downtime.
