Role: Marketing Operations Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives on structure, organization, and execution. This role is less about being a marketing "idea person" and more about being the person who ensures those ideas actually happen. You'll keep projects on track, manage timelines, align resources, and make sure our marketing team has what they need to deliver results.

Budget: ₹54,000 – ₹71,000 per month |* Location: Ram Nagar, Coimbatore*

What You'll Do


•⁠ ⁠Own marketing project management: track campaigns, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple teams.


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate resources: understand what tools, vendors, and talent we have, and make sure they're used effectively.


•⁠ ⁠Streamline processes: set up workflows, templates, and systems to keep marketing efforts efficient and consistent.


•⁠ ⁠Manage cross-functional communication: keep marketers, designers, sales, and other stakeholders aligned and accountable.


•⁠ ⁠Monitor progress: identify bottlenecks, resolve blockers, and ensure campaigns move forward smoothly.


•⁠ ⁠Optimize operations: evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and processes that make the team more effective.

What You Bring


•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in project management or operations, ideally within a marketing or creative team.


•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational skills — you love checklists, timelines, and keeping everything in order.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.


•⁠ ⁠A knack for identifying gaps, solving problems, and keeping projects moving forward.


•⁠ ⁠Comfort with marketing tools (CRM, project management software, campaign tracking tools).


•⁠ ⁠The ability to manage multiple priorities at once without losing sight of the details.
