Key Functional Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the hybrid app development team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA

engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and

improvement.

Hybrid Mobile App Development:

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable hybrid mobile applications

• primarily using React Native with good understating of Android and IOs native

implementations.

• Working knowledge of REST api development and banckend code writing.

• Good to have the same in Nodejs, php else other languages will also work.

• Good understanding of and hands on experience on MySql/Mariadb and Mongodb queries

and optimizations.

• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hybrid app development.

• Solid understanding of push notification services like Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

and Apple Push Notifications (APNS).

• Expertise in the mobile app developer lifecycle and release architecture.

• Proven experience in Mobile App Development, with a focus on React Native.

Code review and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Problem Solving:

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing effective solutions in a timely

manner.

• Work proactively to identify and address potential challenges in the development process.

• Excellent understanding and experience working in Agile environment.

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of backend designing and working of RESTFul APIs.

• Good understanding and hands on experiences on Android, IOs and NodeJs.

• Experience in Unit testing is a plus.

• Good understanding of mysql, mongodb queries and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6 to 8 years of experience in software development.
