About the Role

As a Native React Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and sustenance of our cutting-edge React and React Native frameworks, libraries, and pre-built features. This dynamic responsibility entails close collaboration with fellow developers, collectively striving to infuse efficiency, scalability, and sustainability into our codebase.

Your leadership will extend to nurturing code quality throughout the organization, underscored by the development and management of code review tooling written in Node.js, tailored specifically for scrutinizing React and React Native code. Your expertise and dedication will significantly contribute to shaping the core of our technology, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across the board.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you'll have the exciting chance to shape and craft Builder.ai's forthcoming React and React Native framework and architecture. You'll also play a key role in enhancing Builder.ai's React and React Native pre-built features. One of the team's core responsibilities lies in upholding superior code quality throughout the organization. This translates into an enriching environment where you can both glean insights from seasoned developers and actively contribute to the advancement of automated code review tooling.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled Native React Developer with a strong background in React Native and TypeScript. You should have experience building and maintaining applications with React JS and React Native, as well as expertise in continuous upgrades for frontend projects tech stack. A strong understanding of Unit Testing practices and automation and CI/CD experience are also essential. Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, are required. A CS degree or equivalent work experience is necessary.

Good to Have

Experience of using LLMs to create tooling to automate processes and reduce manual effort is a plus. Experience in coaching/leading engineers is also desirable.
