Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers across different regions to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Evaluate candidate skills and experience through in-depth interviews, using a structured interview format.
  • Manage all aspects of the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Stay up to date on global recruitment trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and databases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a global recruitment role (
    US/UK/EMEA/APAC/LATAM
    ).
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent across various disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of global employment regulations and cultural nuances (preferred).
