Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Talent Recruiter located in Noida. The Global Talent Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and developing talent pipelines. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing talent pipelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and maintain candidate databases
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for recruitment and branding
  • Knowledge of HR and Marketing practices
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in global talent recruitment is a plus
