Job Summary Job Title: QA Analyst Department: Quality Assurance / Service Delivery The QA Analyst is responsible for executing quality assurance and surveillance activities to ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement goals. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions across business functions. We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented QA Analyst to support our Quality Assurance and Surveillance team. • Conduct process audits, surveillance checks, and quality inspections • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking • Monitor and report quality metrics (e.g., compliance rate, defect trends)• Maintain audit records and contribute to QMS documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence • Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality standards Dashboard Management • Ensure dashboards reflect real-time or periodic updates of QA and surveillance metrics. • Gather data from multiple sources including Jira, Service Now, internal databases, and QA tools. • Design, build, and maintain interactive KPI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Data Collection & Analysis • Validate data accuracy and completeness before integration into dashboards. QA & Surveillance Metrics • Analyze trends and anomalies in QA and surveillance performance. • Track key metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, surveillance alerts, compliance adherence, and resolution times. b. Corrective Action Closure Rate d. First Pass Yield (FPY)• Generate weekly/monthly reports and executive summaries based on dashboard insights. • Support audit and compliance reporting requirements. a. Defect Detection Rate (DDR) c. Compliance Rate Reporting & Communication • Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actions based on data trends. Key Responsibilities: • Document findings and escalate non-conformances to relevant stakeholders
