Collaborate with technical teams to validate estimates and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals. Assist the sales team in providing business analysis support during pre-sales activities. Work closely with the client to understand their business needs and challenges, preparing solution proposals, presentations, and product demos. Create clear, concise, and visually effective wireframes for mobile/web/game app projects. Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure that wireframes align with user-centric design principles. Engage with internal stakeholders, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the timely delivery of project deliverables. Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, requirements, and issues. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery. Support continuous improvement efforts within the business analysis and project management teams. Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT services industry, specifically with mobile, web, or game app development projects. Proven experience in project estimation, including resource allocation, timeline management, and cost estimation. Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, or similar). Strong understanding of mobile/web app development processes and game app development life cycles. Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
