Role & responsibilities

7 to 8 Years Experience in Fabrication Industry (Preferably Machine Build Manufacturing).

Strong Understanding of Welding Process, Steel Grades, and Fabrication Techniques.

Knowledge of Inter National Standards (AWSD-1.1, ASME,EN,BS).

Excellent Leadership, Communication and Problem-solving Skills.

Proficient in MS Office and QA/AC Software Tools.

Reduction in Re-work and Scrap Rates.

Timely Closure of NCRS.

Compliance rate with Project Specification and QMS.

Handling Internal and External audit.

Customers' Satisfaction Scores.

Oversee Material Inspection, Welding Inspection, Dimensional Checks and Surface Verifications.

Co-ordinate NDT (Non-destructive Testing), such as UT, RT, MT and PT in accordance with Project Specification.

Maintain Calibration Records for Measuring and Testing Equipment's

Monitor Fabrication and Welding Process to ensure other adherence to WPS ( Welding Procedure Specifications).

Identify Process Deviations and Implement Corrective and Preventive actions (CAPA).

Work with Production Teams to improve manufacturing accuracy and reduce re-works.

Source Identification

WPQR Filler Material Identification based on Projects.

All above Projects and activities to report to GM on daily basis and Weekly Presentation submit to Director on Every Friday.

Any deviation during the process on any Projects Report to GM on daily basis.
