Job Position : Full Stack Developer (Strong Backend Expertise) Location: Delhi (Work from Office) CTC Range : As per the Industry Standards Years of Experience : 1-3 Years About the Role We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong backend development expertise to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling software applications that power innovative, data-driven, and patient-centric digital healthcare experiences. You will work across frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance. Additionally, junior developers will report to this role. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. Develop, test, and deploy robust backend services, APIs, and database structures. Work on frontend user interfaces using modern frameworks to deliver engaging user experiences. Collaborate in an agile environment with designers, analysts, and product owners. Design and document APIs for cross-team and cross-system usage. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance. Contribute to CRM and other healthcare-focused product development initiatives. Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality and best practices. Technical Skills Required Frontend: React.js & React Native Material UI, Zustand, Redux HTML, CSS, LESS, SASS Typescript, JavaScript fundamentals Backend: Node.js (strong expertise) Express.js MongoDB Web Sockets, Redis Next.js API design & development Other Tools & Platforms: GitHub (version control) AWS (preferred) WhatsApp Cloud API Eligibility Criteria 1–3 years of relevant full stack development experience with strong backend focus. Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Computer Science (mandatory). Hands-on expertise in Node.js, MongoDB, and scalable backend systems . Exposure to frontend frameworks (React.js/React Native).
