The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.Core Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend) frameworks. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) into applications to enhance AI capabilities. Develop APIs and microservices for seamless communication between front-end, back-end, and AI components. Work with data pipelines and model endpoints to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI models. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, AI/ML engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, tested features. Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI and full-stack development to drive continuous improvement.Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong proficiency in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and React.js (Next.js is a plus). Proven experience in integrating or developing with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous communication. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI model deployment. Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and prompt engineering concepts. Strong knowledge of version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Exposure to LangChain, LLM orchestration, or agent-based frameworks. Experience with UI/UX best practices and responsive front-end design. Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. Prior experience in AI automation, RPA, or Chatbot development is a plus.
