About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design process, oversee project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design intent is met.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to approved designs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers.
  • Collaborate with interior design and structural teams for integrated project delivery.
  • Manage material selection, finishes, and sustainability considerations.
  • Ensure timely submission of drawings, approvals, and design revisions.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and local regulations.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Excellent design, visualization, and detailing skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Good communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in architectural design & construction projects.
  • COA registration preferred.
  • Proven experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial projects.

Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹619, ₹3,014,243.33 per year
