Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Curriculum Developer at our Bengaluru location. The Curriculum Developer will be responsible for designing and developing Pre Primary & Primary Education curriculum, creating instructional and activity based materials, and incorporating innovative teaching methodologies. They will also collaborate with subject matter experts and educators, conduct research, and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum. The role will involve working closely with the education team to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills for K-12
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with educational technology and digital tools (Microsoft Office & AI tools)
  • Understanding of Child Psychology, LifeSkills and Education Ecosystem is preferred
  • Strong communication, research and writing skills

  • Willing to work onsite in the Miller's Road, Bangalore Office
  • Willing to work between 9.30am : 6.00pm - Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday)


CTC Range:

500,000 to 800,000 Per Annum (excluding incentives & bonus)
