Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Educational Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of innovative educational strategies that align with our schools' vision and mission.
• Curriculum Oversight: Oversee all aspects of course curriculum and educational activities across multiple schools within the group.
• Curriculum Development: Drive the design and implementation of rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum that fosters critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Pedagogical Innovation: Champion pedagogical innovation by introducing cutting-edge teaching methodologies and educational technologies to enhance student learning experiences.
• Professional Development: Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculum implementation, instructional practices, and classroom management techniques.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Establish effective assessment and evaluation systems to monitor student progress and inform instructional decision-making.
• Community Engagement: Collaborate with parents, community stakeholders, and educational partners to build strong relationships and promote a culture of educational excellence.
• Advocacy and Policy Influence: Advocate for policies and practices that promote equity, diversity, and inclusion within the educational system and advocate for the needs of our students and educators.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in educational leadership roles, with experience overseeing curriculum development and educational activities across multiple schools.
• Deep understanding of curriculum design, pedagogical approaches, and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Visionary mindset with a passion for driving educational innovation and improving student outcomes.
