We're seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of online educators and support staff in delivering high-quality online education programs. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a passion for online education, and experience in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:

  2. Lead and manage a team of online educators and support staff.

  3. Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members.

  4. Conduct performance evaluations and set goals.

  5. Program Delivery:

  6. Ensure high-quality delivery of online education programs.

  7. Monitor program metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.

  8. Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and refine program content.

  9. Student Support:

  10. Ensure excellent student support and engagement.

  11. Respond to student queries and concerns in a timely manner.

  12. Collaborate with student support teams to resolve issues.

  13. Quality Assurance:

  14. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.

  15. Conduct regular quality checks on program delivery.

  16. Implement quality improvement initiatives.

  17. Communication:

  18. Communicate effectively with team members, faculty, and stakeholders.

  19. Represent the online education team in meetings and forums.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Master's degree in Education, Business, or related field.

  2. Experience: Minimum 2years of experience in online education or team management.

  3. Skills:

  4. Excellent leadership and management skills.

  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced online environment.

  7. Familiarity with online education platforms and tools.
