What you need to know about the role:

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic Creative Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design. This role involves creating immersive visual experiences that elevate our customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and their audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales team and Account Manager, Director, to deliver impactful design solutions.
  • Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive design improvements and optimize user interactions. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaboration with UX analysts and web developers to deliver a consistent visual experience
  • Develop wireframes for websites.
  • Perform A/B testing on websites
  • Work along with the Design team to bring out the best use of web technologies
  • Work along with the Development to implement UX features, designs based on the needs.
  • Analyze client websites to understand how it performs and optimize on a regular basis.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
  • Proficient in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, etc)
  • Understanding HTML/CSS, WordPress, Shopify, woo commerce and similar platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience - 3 to 4 years
