What you need to know about the role:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic Creative Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design. This role involves creating immersive visual experiences that elevate our customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and their audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales team and Account Manager, Director, to deliver impactful design solutions.
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Utilize data and analytics to drive design improvements and optimize user interactions. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaboration with UX analysts and web developers to deliver a consistent visual experience
- Develop wireframes for websites.
- Perform A/B testing on websites
- Work along with the Design team to bring out the best use of web technologies
- Work along with the Development to implement UX features, designs based on the needs.
- Analyze client websites to understand how it performs and optimize on a regular basis.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and technologies
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Proficient in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, etc)
- Understanding HTML/CSS, Word Press, Shopify, woo commerce and similar platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience - 3 to 4 years
