Job Description :

We are looking for an Engineering Manager who is motivated to innovate, design, develop, test, and operate cutting-edge, large scalable, and enterprise SaaS security orchestration and automation applications. Engineering Manager is a key member of the development team that helps shape the capabilities of the product, create and define functional specifications, and ensure that the final product is of high quality and meets customer needs.. This role involves team management, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :


- Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure their success in supporting the efforts.

Collaboration :


- Work closely with the Professional Services and Solutions Engineering team to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and pain points. Collaborate in the development of effective triage strategies and solutions.

Technical Expertise :


- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and solutions. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.

Solution Development :


- Lead the creation of tailored technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs. This may include product demonstrations, proof of concept development, and technical presentations.

Customer Engagement :


- Interact directly with customers to address technical questions, concerns, and objections, building trust and confidence in the proposed solutions.

Resource Management :


- Allocate solution engineers to opportunities based on their expertise and availability. Ensure the team's workload is balanced and aligned with business priorities.

Training and Development :


- Continuously develop the skills and knowledge of engineers through training, workshops, and certifications.

Documentation :


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, including solution descriptions, product information, and best practices.

Performance Evaluation :


- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's success and identify areas for improvement.

Process Improvement :


- Identify opportunities for process enhancements in the engineering workflow to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements :

- 10 years of progressive software development experience specializing in enterprise SaaS software.

- Deep knowledge of architecture, design, and implementation of complex distributed systems.

- In-depth knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and their applications.

- Solid programming background in C# / Dot Net Core, ASP. Net.

- Strong NoSQL database and SQL knowledge including MongoDB, Postgres, or MySQL.

- Exposure to AngularJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node JS will be added advantage.

- Experience in real-time web applications leveraging Web Sockets / SignalR.

- Hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as AWS and DevOps technologies including Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.

- Strong test automation skills.

- Good verbal and written communication.

Education and Experience :

- BTech or relevant educational field required
