Job Description :


- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Developer/Team Lead to join our growing Microsoft Dynamics team.

- You will play a key role in leading and guiding the development and implementation of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O).

- You will leverage your in-depth technical expertise and strong leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions that optimize business processes and drive value for our clients.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of D365 F&O solutions.

- Perform in-depth analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities, translate them into technical requirements, and develop solutions that address those needs.

- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and clients, to understand requirements and ensure successful project execution.

- Design and develop robust and scalable D365 F&O architecture, considering integrations with other modules and systems.

- Develop and maintain custom code using X++, .NET (C#), and other relevant technologies.

- Develop and maintain SSRS reports for data visualization and reporting needs.

- Utilize Azure Functions and Logic Apps to automate workflows and integrate D365 F&O with external systems.

- Manage and maintain D365 F&O environments, including upgrades, refreshes, and code promotion through Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues within D365 F&O environment.

- Develop and maintain custom APIs and OData entities for data exchange.

- Create and modify forms, tables, and Data Management Framework Entities for seamless integration.

- Build in-house tools to automate release workflows and unit testing processes.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, and offer on-the-job training and mentorship.

- Create and maintain documentation on methodologies and best practices for D365 F&O implementations.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in D365 F&O, Azure technologies, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering (preferred).

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX (on-premises/on-cloud) development and implementation.

- Strong experience in object-oriented design and development using X++, .NET (C#).

- Proven track record of leading and managing development teams.

- In-depth knowledge of SSRS reporting and Microsoft Azure technologies (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and development workflows (JIRA, DevOps).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
