It is essential that you have excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral. We are a fast-paced company expanding rapidly, and we are seeking team members who will share our vision for the future and work collaboratively to accomplish Base8's goals. We pride ourselves on providing superior service to our clients, which includes attention to detail, following the processes in place, and being able to adapt to various situations.Job Summary:The Finance Controller will play a critical role in managing the company's financial operations. The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals and objectives.Responsibilities:Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variancesReviewing the company's financial statements to ensure they are accuratePreparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsRecommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performanceForecasting future financial performancePreparing and analyzing budgetsProviding accurate financial reports to managementEnsuring compliance with government regulationsEnsuring accuracy of financial statementsOverseeing all financial planning and analysisForecasting future performanceRecommending changes to improve financial performanceUtilizing updated technologies for their jobQualificationsA bachelor's/master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is usually required.Must have worked with US Accounting, Payroll, US GAP, SOP is mustExperience required of 5-10 years into similar FieldA strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS), and financial regulations is essential. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis tools is also important.You oversee teams of finance professionals, so strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are crucial.Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations based on their analysis. Critical thinking skills are essential for problem-solving and decision-making.
