**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard company assets.

2. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to the executive management team and board of directors.

3. Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide recommendations based on financial analysis to support business decisions.

4. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.

5. Manage the company's cash flow, including monitoring receivables and payables, optimizing working capital, and implementing effective cash management strategies.

6. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and adherence to accounting standards.

7. Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, working closely with external tax advisors to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

8. Provide financial guidance and support to various departments, assisting in financial decision-making and resource allocation.

9. Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring proper insurance coverage and evaluating potential investments or acquisitions.

10. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and best practices, proactively recommending and implementing improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a similar financial management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

3. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

6. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

8. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams.

9. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
