Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in ECIL, Hyderabad as an OPT Recruiter. As an OPT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing international students in employment opportunities that are in line with their skills and interests. You will be responsible for building relationships with the client companies and the international students and working extensively with your team and your manager to ensure top-notch service to all our clients and internationals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter in IT or Healthcare recruiting, preferably in the OPT/CPT recruitment domains.
  • Experience working with international students in their job search process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent time management and documentation skills.
  • Ability to understand the client's specifications of job requirements and work towards providing the opt/lcpt candidates that address that need.
  • Experience with sourcing and using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Require excellent English communication skills.
