1. Product and Placement

  • Engage with Sales and Prof Specification teams to drive product & pricing GAPs in the current offerings.

  • Team up with D&D and Supply chain teams to optimise on the product specifications to create edge over competition.

  • Continuous outside in and inside out Feedbacks from market & internal stake holders in driving the product and price GAP's

  • Benchmark competition products and line up running 18 months calendar for product launches. - Define product positioning

2. Product mix and profitability.

  • Formulate Schemes to drive product mix enhancing profitability.

  • Managing market turbulence due to decisive strategy adopted by competition.

  • Driving product USP's through continuous engagement with Sales/channel & formulating market collaterals that creates a WOW feeling amongst specifier market.

  • Effective forecasting and management of marketing budgets for the financial year.

  • Engage with D&D and SCM teams towards cost management on continuous basis through cost re engineering.

  • Building platforms for NPD's with long term plans to build trust in market.

  • SKU's rationalisation and continuous audit of existing portfolio in each application segments.

  • Creating a clear product road map to drive top line and meet organisation Goals and objectives. - Effectively communicate strategies / product road map to key stake holders. - Able to translate business goals into product road map & strategies
