We are seeking an experienced Head of HR Business Partnering (HRBP) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The Head of HRBP will lead the HRBP function, partnering with business leaders to drive strategic initiatives, develop and implement HR solutions to enhance business performance, and lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Business Partnership:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Provide HR expertise to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.


2. HR Solution Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HR solutions to address business needs, such as talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to leverage best practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


3. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and vendors to support HR initiatives.

4. Talent Management and Development:_

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify leadership development needs and develop programs to address them.


5. Employee Engagement and Experience:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create a positive employee experience.


6. Technology and Data-Driven Insights:

  • Leverage HR technology (e.g., HRIS, performance management tools, analytics platforms) to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement and optimize HR technology solutions.


Requirements:


1. Experience: 10-15 years of experience in HRBP role, preferably in shared services companies, IT/ITeS setup, or captive organizations (e.g., GICs, GCCs).


2. Education: Postgraduate degree in HR or related field.


3. Skills:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and analytics tools.


4.Certifications:

SHRM, GPHR, or other relevant HR certifications preferred.
