The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

 

Experience required : 4-6 Years

Responsibilities

·      Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.

·      Managing the recruitment and selection process end to end.

·      Overseeing the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.

·      Championing the training and onboarding process to ensure it's high-quality and up to date.

·      Planning and conducting employee benefit programs.

·      Coordinating and supervising the work of specialists and support staff.

·      Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

·      Develop and monitor overall systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

·      Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

·      Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

·      Nurture a positive working environment.

·      Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

·      Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

·      Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

·      Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

·      


Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree or relevant experience with specific HR certification.

·      People oriented and results driven.

·      In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

·      Demonstrable experience of 4+ years with Human Resources metrics.

·      Knowledge of HR systems and databases and candidate profiles.

·      Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

·      Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.

·      Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.

·      Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.

·      Attention to detail and good judgement.
