Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and their stakeholders.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of client accounts, ensuring technology health and project success.
  • Gain deep knowledge of client IT environments, initiatives, and requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, assign responsibilities, track progress, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with creativity and flexibility to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery — including new initiatives, technologies, locations, and environment upgrades.
  • Conduct regular project review meetings to track tasks, open items, and milestones.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by being accessible, approachable, and responsive to requests.
  • Provide technical solutions to improve performance and close gaps in client projects.
  • Support audits, documentation, and compliance with company policies (Security, HR, Operations, etc.).
  • Participate in addressing production-impacting outages for assigned clients.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while working collaboratively with teams.
  • Travel as needed and provide after-hours/on-call support when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of IT experience in the call center/BPO industry.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible to support after-hours projects or on-call requirements.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday primarily between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm (MST)
  • Willingness to travel.
