About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager, Technical to lead the vision and strategy for technology solutions powering accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders to assess customer experiences, identify opportunities, and ideate on reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Technology: Collaborate with business partners to identify initiative scope, benefits, and ROI, manage the end-to-end solution space, including technical, functional, process, and accounting policy considerations.
  • Product Ownership: Own technology products, end-to-end, including roadmap development and execution, lead and manage the product backlog, partnering with business and technology teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of Accounting concepts and ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in financial systems, with the ability to operate in both technical and analyst roles.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of Azure, ADF, Snowflake, and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong background in SQL and/or Python, experience with data visualization tools, Power BI preferred.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years hands-on technical experience, coding, solution engineering, or technical architecture.
  • 7-10 years experience in product management or systems analyst roles within agile software product development environments.
