Principal Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Principal Delivery Manager to join our team In this role, you will focus driving the delivery of business outcomes for the IP segment, with a particular emphasis on programs and products related to Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. This includes leading end-to-end delivery of technology and software development projects across the Patent Intelligence portfolio and other initiatives that leverage advanced data, search, and AI capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on the Intellectual Property Data Science and Search team portfolio. This includes establishing and facilitating program operating rhythms, portfolio planning, and budgeting. Additionally, you will: Drive cross-functional collaboration between Product, Data Science and Technology stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Support teams focused on search algorithms, machine learning models, analytics pipelines, and AI-enabled product features. Identify and document delivery best practices, support governance frameworks, and manage dependencies across teams. Communicate program health, risks, and needed escalations. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about shaping and scaling the delivery of cutting-edge AI and data capabilities. About you - experience, education, skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field/equivalent relevant work experience At least 10+ years of relevant work experience At least 7+ years of experience managing technology projects or software development Excellent communication and facilitation skills Experience driving project teams in an Agile framework utilizing JIRA to deliver on product roadmaps Experience leading mid to large scale projects Program management experience developing complex schedules, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leading execution Experience driving project teams in an Agile framework utilizing JIRA to deliver on product roadmaps Project Management related certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) It would be great if you also have… AWS project management experience – migrations, architecture deployments, or other Certification preferred: Scaled Agile (SAFe®) framework or Agile product development methodologies (Kanban, Scrum etc. What you will also be doing in this role… Performing direct project management of key initiatives, new feature and solution creation, and existing application feature enhancements from inception through production deployment Leading roadmap planning, steering committee, and other meetings with senior leadership and stakeholders Ensuring projects are correctly defined, measured, and tracked against appropriate KPIs, and regularly reviewing progress and stakeholder satisfaction Partnering with functional leaders in Product, Engineering, and Operations, and other teams to define processes, calibrate resources, foster buy-in, and ensure timely progress of projects Leading end to end program management function including portfolio management, process development, priority alignment, and transparent and accurate status reporting Hours of Work This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in the Noida, India Clarivate office Full Time, permanent, working regular business hours At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
