Role Overview

We are seeking a persuasive, negotiation-oriented Sponsorship Manager with exceptional communication and influencing skills. This role will focus on building and nurturing long-term partnerships with cybersecurity product companies, service providers, and industry bodies. You will drive sponsorship acquisition, relationship management, and partner success for CSA Bangalore's flagship summits, meetups, and community programs.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship Acquisition

Identify, engage, and convert potential sponsors across cybersecurity, AI, cloud, and adjacent domains.

Develop tailored proposals and persuasive pitches aligned to sponsors' brand visibility and business goals.

Drive negotiations on sponsorship packages, benefits, and deliverables.

Relationship Management

Build strong, trust-based relationships with sponsors, partners, and affiliates.

Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring sponsor satisfaction and repeat engagements.

Manage sponsor communication pre-, during, and post-event.

Strategic Influence

Collaborate with CSA Bangalore leadership to refine sponsorship strategy.

Proactively identify opportunities for cross-collaboration, upsell, and co-marketing with partners.

Represent CSA Bangalore with professionalism, credibility, and influence in external discussions.

Execution Excellence

Coordinate sponsor deliverables such as booth presence, speaking slots, branding, and digital promotions.

Work closely with event, marketing, and research teams to ensure sponsor commitments are fulfilled.

Track sponsorship metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of proven experience in sponsorship management, partnerships, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in events, technology, or cybersecurity domain).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and influencing abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.

Proven ability to build senior-level relationships (CXOs, VPs, decision-makers).

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

A proactive self-starter who thrives in a community-driven, high-energy environment.
