Job Title: Tourism Business ManagerLocation: SJ Studios, saki naka, Khairani Rd, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra Reporting To: CEOCompany: SJ StudiosSalary: 35k per month + commissionsKey Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, hotel concierges, tour operators, and other tourism partners.- Oversee and coordinate daily tour operations, including scheduling, logistics, and guest experiences.- Manage partnerships with external vendors and transport agents to ensure seamless operations.- Drive marketing efforts to promote SJ Studios’ tourism offerings through B2B and B2C channels.- Create and implement strategies to increase visitor footfall and enhance customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tourism opportunities to identify new business avenues.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or event management.- Strong network of travel industry contacts (agents, hotels, transport partners, etc.).- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).- Proven experience in marketing and partnership development.- Ability to multitask, manage operations, and lead with a customer-first mindset.Join SJ Studios and help us craft unforgettable tourism experiences in Mumbai and beyond
