Role: Chat &Voice Bot Architect

Location: Bangalore / Mangalore (Hybrid)

Job Overview :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of bots & automation.

- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using the Kore.ai platform.

- Develop conversational AI solutions that provide an engaging user experience.

- Analyze and design the technology solutions to ensure business needs are met.

- Ability to prioritize, escalate, and lead efforts on complex client requests.

- Working with the clients to get the functional requirements and convert them to technical specifications.

- Collaborate with developers, leadership, and other architects to bring out strategies.

- Decision-making in the evaluation of existing, or design of new solutions.

- End-to-end delivery as per the agile model and ability to manage in a very fast-paced environment with multiple high-level priorities.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI.

What are we looking for?

- Looking for a candidate with experience of 10+ years.

- Hands-on experience in developing chatbots and voice bots preferably using the Kore.ai platform.

- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript.

- Experience with database integration, including SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts.

- Knowledge of the Digital People platform (preferred)

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
