ey Responsibilities
:

  1. Industry Interaction & Relationship Building

  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, corporate HRs, and placement partners.

  3. Identify new placement opportunities and potential recruiters across various industries.

  4. Stay updated with market trends and employer expectations.

  5. Placement Drive Management

  6. Organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, group discussions, and interviews.

  7. Ensure smooth execution of placement processes (shortlisting, scheduling, offer letters, joining formalities).

  8. Coordinate logistics for placement events and ensure a professional interface with companies.

  9. Student Engagement & Career Guidance

  10. Counsel and mentor MBA students regarding industry expectations, career paths, and skill development.

  11. Conduct workshops on resume building, interview preparation, aptitude tests, and soft skills.

  12. Maintain records of student profiles and track their placement status.

  13. Data Management & Reporting

  14. Maintain an up-to-date database of recruiters, placement drives, and student profiles.

  15. Prepare placement reports, KPI dashboards, and MIS for management review.

  16. Analyze placement performance and suggest improvements.

  17. Collaboration & Coordination

  18. Work closely with academic departments, faculty, and administration to align placement activities.

  19. Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and industry bodies for opportunities.
  20. Support in internships and live project placements.

Qualifications & Experience
:

  • MBA in HR / Marketing / Operations or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or HR role.
  • Prior experience in academic placement or corporate hiring is preferred.
