Job Description for Floor Manager :

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Supervise and guide sales staff to ensure smooth store functioning and achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving escalations and providing personalized shopping assistance when required.
• Monitor product display, stock replenishment, and adherence to brand guidelines for visual merchandising.
• Coordinate with store manager and other departments for stock planning, promotions, and seasonal sales.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, footfall, and staff performance for management review.
• Handle cash management, billing accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure loss prevention practices are followed to minimize shrinkage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
