Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality software solutions using Java programming language. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India, and is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in Java development.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field1 to 3 years of experience in Java developmentStrong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented conceptsExperience with Java frameworks such as Spring and HibernateGood understanding of web development concepts and technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Knowledge of relational databases and SQLExperience with version control systems (Git, SVN)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and debug high-quality software solutions using Java programming languageParticipate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop innovative software solutions that meet business requirementsTroubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely mannerConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standardsDocument software functionality, technical specifications, and user guidesStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and propose improvements to enhance the software development processWork closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery
