As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you'll lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. You'll need deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, customization, and team Design:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Create and present technical architecture documents, suggesting best practices.

- Recommend appropriate Salesforce products to meet business needs.

Technical Leadership:

- Guide development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to enhance their skills.

Integration and Data Migration:

- Design and execute data migration strategies.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs.

Governance and Security:

- Implement and enforce Salesforce governance best practices.

- Stay updated on platform updates and assess their impact.

Performance Optimization:

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Salesforce applications.

- Optimize code and configurations for efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Understand and prioritize business requirements.

- Communicate technical solutions to non-technical Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Keep documentation updated as the Salesforce implementation B.E., B.Tech., MCA, or equivalent degree.

- Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect certification preferred.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP).

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team Minimum of 10 years in Salesforce development and architecture.

- Demonstrated experience in leading Salesforce development teams.
