Salesforce Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities :
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
- Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully.
- Interact directly with clients, managers, and end-users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.
- Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan.
- Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
- Create POCs for the client to help them understand the proposed solution and drive the solution meetings with Customers.
- Understand the User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates.
- Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization.
- Should work on managed packages and resolve performance issues on running or new projects.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps.
Job Skills & Qualifications :
Required :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Minimum work experience 10+ years of software development and 9+ years of Salesforce application development
- Self-motivated and creative
- Proficient with Salesforce basics, Admin, Apex, LWC, Visual Force, Lightning, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX, OmniStudio, managed package & Community
- Experience in multi-system integration
- Experience in source code control
Preferred :
- Salesforce Developer Certification - Platform developer 1 and 2, Data Architect Certification and Integration Architect
- Experience developing customer-facing applications.
- Experience in Salesforce community development/ Portals
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Development using Standard Salesforce and Force.com platform (Lightning, Apex, Triggers, Workflow rules, VF pages)
- Sales and Service Cloud including Customer and Partner portal (community) development experience.
- Working knowledge of force.com sites will be an advantage. Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
- Com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration, and Operational Support required.
- Strong web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML, SOAP and AJAX
- Strong SDLC experience
- Services Oriented Design Principles (SOA)
- Com Certified Force.com Developer
- Object-Oriented Development Skills
- SQL, RDBMS experience.
- Experience in Force.com product will be an advantage.
- Should work and resolve on Performance issue.
