Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to oversee the Omnichannel / MT Customers’ Sales operations for our personal care product lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with a focus on optimizing sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient operations across all regions in India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives. Collaborate with the Retail Head to set sales targets and KPIs for the Trade segment. Drive the execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Key Accounts Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned Omnichannel / MT Customers, including inventory management, product placement, and visual merchandising. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with key accounts to develop joint business plans, promotional activities, and merchandising strategies. Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability. Ensure Customers are aware of sales and marketing activities to implement them in a cost and time effective manner. Collect Feedback on how the activities running. Provide continuous Brand and Product training to store associates. Organize regular updating training programs.

- Credit Allocations: Implement and manage credit allocation policies for customers. Evaluate creditworthiness of customers, establish credit limits, and monitor credit terms. Work closely with finance and credit control teams to minimize credit risks and optimize cash flow.

- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of retail professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.

- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience (2+ years) in Key account management, preferably in the personal care or FMCG sector.- Strong understanding of the Omnichannel / Modern Trade landscape in the Indian market.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.- Worked on MS Excel reports
