As a Geospatial Technical Writer, your primary

responsibility will be to create comprehensive and clear technical documentation that includes geospatial product technical specifications, quality reports, design graphics and presentations .


Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth products documentation, Technical Reports, Quality Reports, and user guides .

• Creating diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to simplify complex geospatial concepts, enhancing user comprehension .

• Design presentations to effectively communicate project needs and results to both technical and non-technical audiences .

• Collaborative Information Gathering and work closely with operators, engineers, and project managers to gather the necessary information for documentation, ensuring accuracy and depth


Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in preparing detailed technical documents, with proven experience (minimum 10 years of professional experience) in technical writing, preferably in the geospatial or related technical field .

• Familiarity with key geospatial technologies and software, such as ArcGIS, QGIS, and remote sensing applications. Ability to quickly grasp new tools and systems .

• Strong skills in creating diagrams, charts, and presentations using tools like MS Power Point, MS Excel Adobe Suite, MS Visio or others to aid in the understanding of complex information .

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical topics in a clear and engaging manner .

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams
