Key Account Manager in logistics

We are digital multimodal forwarder providing transportation services worldwide, as well as services in the field of project logistics of any complexity, dimensions, and tonnage.
Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their logistics needs effectively.
Building a collaborative relationship with dealers, suppliers, contractors and partners.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to anticipate client needs and market changes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in client relationship management in the logistics or transportation industry.
Ability to maintain open communication between project participants and stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Creative problem-solving and a passion for exceeding expectations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
