Moms Made – India’s Online Haldiram’s – is hiring a Customer Support who can keep our customers happy and heard What you’ll do: Talk to customers over Whats App/calls and solve order-related queries Help people track their orders, solve complaints, and answer questions politely Coordinate with our kitchen & delivery team to resolve issues Take feedback from customers and share it with the team Make sure every customer feels cared for (they’re our priority) Who this is for: Anyone who can talk well, stay calm, and truly help people Fluent in Hindi and basic English Available 6 days a week and okay to work on weekends (timing can be flexible) Prior experience is a plus, but not required Location: Bangalore (In-Office)
