Here at Boeing India Engineering you will collaborate with leaders in electronics innovation and pave the way in creating the world’s best avionics solutions.Responsibilities include:Lead activities to create hardware architecture for complex component/system level productsThis position has responsibilities in the areas of the following: Embedded Firmware Design, Circuit Design, Schematic Capture, Board Layout & Circuit SimulationLead work with customers to develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements on complex multi-tiered projectsLead analysis and translation of complex requirements into system architecture, hardware design and interface specificationsLead testing and validation work on complex system designs to assure that operational and functional requirements are metWork with others to develop program test strategiesManage performance of critical suppliers to ensure system integration and compliance with requirementsConduct program independent reviews and reports results to program leadershipLead PDR, CDR and SRR for component/system level hardwareThe Architect is responsible for successful execution of engineering activities for the Programs in support of the Product Family DirectorsProvide technical direction, oversight, and review to Product Development IPTs and Systems Engineering teams responsible for the development of products.Lead prioritization of Technical Issue ResolutionSupport resolution of PRs/FRs etc as neededAccess technical expertise across enterprise to resolve issues/support issue resolution through robust RCCAReview/Approve Division Proprietary Information ReleasesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):Bachelor's in engineering degree or higher12 or more years' in Electrical Engineering experienceExperience with digital board designExperience in creating hardware architecture for systems and productsExperience leading engineering projectsExperience with electronic hardware design and analysis (PowerPC processors, Printed Circuit boards, FPGA Design and Verification, VME Bus, PCI Bus, CPCI, XMC, VPX, DDR, JTAG, Memories, Xilinx, Actel, Processors, Multiprocessor SoC, UVM Based test Benches, Safety Flow Analysis, Emulation for SoCs, RTL Design for Avionics protocols, Processor bringup, mixed signal (adc and dac), amplifier, filter, power supply, analog circuit designs, sensor and controllers for fuel pump)Experience with electromechanical packaging (thermal analysis, vibration analysis, component fatigue, shock analysis, high voltage electronic packaging)Experience with Manufacturing of Electronic Assemblies (manufacturing readiness assessments, Rapid Prototyping, dfmat, electronics manufacturing)Ability to create hardware software partitioning and validate requirements to integrate functional requirements/testingEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
