Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic
Marketing Executive
to join our café team. The role involves promoting the café, engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ambience.

This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about hospitality, customer experience, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers, collect feedback, and respond to reviews on different platforms.
  • Ensure café cleanliness, hygiene, and ambience standards are consistently maintained.
  • Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for smooth order flow.
  • Plan and execute café events in collaboration with artists, vendors, and partners.
  • Maintain trackers for marketing activities, customer engagement, and promotions.
  • Supervise the café floor – books, games, counters, display boards, promotional materials, coupons, and stock arrangements.
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies (online and offline) to increase footfall and brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate, Diploma, or Undergraduate in any stream.
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
